Last Friday I discussed the importance of observation in our creative process. Just a moment ago I listened to a small audio post that talked about the process of paying attention. It ended with the sentence...
"The only way to live without regret is to pay attention."
In essence, just being in the moment without judgment. Paying attention to your feelings and surrounding is a wonderful way to alleviate your stress.
How does it relate to art and photography? Well, it doesn't. We're all human and we all need to be well and feel good so this is just that, a reminder to be in the moment and appreciate life.
Vendredi dernier, j'ai parlé de l'importance de l'observation dans notre processus de création. Et il y a un instant, j'ai écouté un petit message audio qui parlait du processus d'attention. Il se terminait par la phrase...
"La seule façon de vivre sans regret est de prêter attention."
En bref, il s'agit d'être dans le moment présent sans jugement. Prêter attention à ses sentiments et à son environnement est un merveilleux moyen de réduire son stress quand on le fait sous un regarde sans jugement.
Vous me demandez, mais quel est le rapport avec l'art et la photographie ? Eh bien, il n'y en a pas. Nous sommes tous humains et nous avons tous besoin d'être bien et de nous sentir bien. Il s'agit donc simplement d'un rappel de vivre dans le moment présent et apprécier ce qui nous entour.
